REFUNDS
All refunds must be requested before the ship date. Any shipments already inFedEx’s posession are not eligible for a refund.
REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, please contact our office before the scheduled ship date.
REFUNDS
After receiving your request for a refund please allow 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
EXCEPTIONS
In the event damage of damage or loss during shipment, you must contact the shipper directly to file a claim. Refunds will not be issued for packages damaged, lost, delayed, or mis-delivered by the carrier.
